You can permanently delete your Sacred Count account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
Step 1. Email connect@akshaykotish.com with the subject “Delete my Sacred Count account”.
Step 2. Include the phone number you used to sign in to Sacred Count, so we can locate and verify your account.
Step 3. We verify ownership and permanently delete your account and data within 7 days, and email you to confirm.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and authentication record (your phone number).
- All your practice data — chants you created, counts, targets, malas and history.
- Your subscription / premium status record held in our database.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Nothing is retained for our own use. We do not keep backups of your practice data beyond 30 days, after which residual copies in encrypted backups are purged automatically.
- Payment records: your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not us. We never store payment details. Any purchase/refund records held by the app stores are governed by their policies and are outside our control.
